The Cryo-V is the final product of 3 years of work and research.  The design is similar to a Jackson V.  The body of the Cryo is longer and narrower to give a more streamlined look, and the headstock is a completely original design.  The body is made out of poplar, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is ebony.

The pickup is a Ibanez.  The reason for only a neck pickup is a slight error in the layout of the guitar.  When building the guitar, I put the bridge a half inch to far down.  To rectify my mistake I had to remove the bridge pickup.  To take its place I put in a piece of sheet metal with a plexi-glass window.  Through the window is a LEGO man cryogenically frozen in the guitar (hence the name Cryo-V).  I wired the blue LED to the pickup selector, thus leaving the selector functional with the options of: pickup w/o light, pickup w/ light, and light w/o pickup.

The over all sound of the guitar is a deep heavy sound that fits the look of the guitar perfectly.  The black gloss finish, diamond plate aluminum pickguard, and black and chrome hardware.  This guitar looks and sounds mean.  It is truly a heavy metal guitar.
